Clear Billing T&Cs

UNDER NEW MANAGEMENT 1/1/2017 -- Orders will ship every Monday thru Friday except on observed federal holidays. The new fulfillment and billing company is not responsible for any orders prior to 1/1/2017.

Your order will appear on your credit card statement as PAYPAL * ARCOGLOBUS or some variation thereof.

Returns and Refund Information

In order to have a refund issued tracking and order number must be given so that we can confirm delivery status. If tracking number shows delivered, no refund will be given; if non-delivered, refund will be processed minus the shipping charge incurred. Please include your FULL address including apartment numbers to help USPS deliver your orders. We process refunds once we receive the item back in perfect, new and sealed condition.

In the extremely rare case that USPS destroys your order due to employee carelessness we have three options:

1. show us a picture of the damage and file an insurance claim with USPS.

2. show us a picture of the damage and get a fresh order resent.

3. show us a picture of the damage and get a full refund.

If you are a significant other and your [insert family relation here] ordered our product without your permission, we usually can grant you a refund minus shipping. However, we must get the item back in perfect new, sealed condition to do that.


If you file frivolous chargebacks as unauthorized purchases or non-receipt claims you will get banned off the site. Don't scam us as we have decades of experience in dealing with scammers.
